Bodega Bay with Laura and Family - September 2000
Well, for those who need an intro, Laura is... well... that's a hard one. I won't even try to explain. Suffice to say that she is a very special person in my life. Kay (Laura's mom) was kind enough to invite me to spend a weekend with her and her family out in the Sandcastle at Bodega Bay. It was a wonderful time in a beautiful place... Laura's fascination with Bodega Bay is a well-founded one.
This seagull was kind enough to pose for us by the water.
Dusk at a quiet spot on the shore where the creek flowed into the ocean.
A little Buddha by the CrabPot... a little seafood joint in the area.
Some flowers outside the antique store near the spot where "The Birds"
was filmed.
Bodega Bay has some pretty photogenic coastline to offer.... unfortunately
the waves weren't quite as dramatic as they could be, but it was picturesque,
nevertheless. (Sorry Becky!)
Carl and Kay right before we put on "The Devil's Advocate".
Becky and Aunt Judy just cracking up in full slumber-party gear!
Some kids on the beach who thought I was a professional photographer. I
told them I'd take their picture and put it up on my website... but they never
emailed me for the address. Bummer.
Laura outside the antique store... (ain't she cute in pigtails???)
A beautiful sunset I caught alone by the water.... fantastic. Too
bad I didn't have a better camera handy, but this picture will have to suffice.
